Terms

These terms are an agreement with the parent, for the household. By creating an account, the parent agrees to them. Ollie is offered from California. Questions go to ollie-support@alpacalabs.xyz.

The account

The parent creates the family account and is responsible for each child they add. The parent sets the child's sign-in. A child uses Ollie under that parent's account.

The tutor

Ollie guides with questions. It can be wrong. It does not promise a correct solution or a contest score.

What a child may upload

A child may upload a problem they have the right to use. Do not upload someone else's private information.

The family's work

Chats and drawings stay the family's. Ollie may store them and send them to the tutor so it can reply. Ollie does not take ownership of the work.

Trial

A family starts on a trial. Paid plans are not open yet. These terms do not set renewal or refund rules for a subscription that is not offered yet.

Closing an account

Ollie may close an account that is misused. The parent may close the account by emailing ollie-support@alpacalabs.xyz.

Liability

California law governs these terms. Ollie's liability to the family is limited to the amount the family has paid for the service. During the trial, that amount is nothing.

Changes

Ollie posts changes on this page and updates the date at the top. Continuing to use Ollie after that date means the parent accepts the change.
